Secret To Any Startup or Business Success - The Right Team

After talking to numerous company founders (in person and on camera) one common thread stands out - the acknowledgement of how important it is to have the right team to help grow the company. Hiring people to work in an established company vs a startup is very different. In early startup stage, founders need to hire people with the right mindset. Han Jin, co-founder of LucidVR, talks quite passionately why. Networking - Very Much Worth My Time

I love networking. Why? Because I never know who I will meet, what I will learn about, what kind of ideas talking to other people will generate in my mind afterwards. I am glad I finally had made it to the Bay Area Creative Freelancer Guild Meetup and mingle among the peers in the video/film industry. The venue was great - video production agency Beyond Pix Studios in San Francisco. The space and the studio were outstanding (per one of the pictures above).
